An N instrument is actually quite hard. Scouring the Internet, all I could find were nakers, nose flute, and natural horn.

Nice! I thought about doing a gemstones list, by coincidence, but I couldn't find a full set of answers. :)
I had to check my list of gemstone names to come up with Nephrite, I admit. All the other ones came quickly to mind.
