It's become a summer tradition that we do some jamming and jellying. This past weekend saw the conversion of three tubs of strawberries into a dozen (well, 11.5) jars of sparkling strawberry jelly! And it looks like it has set up with a perfect consistency this time, too.

Now for those four boxes of blueberries in the fridge...

Nice! IMO perserves are the -best-! Yummy on bread, toast, pancakes - and they can be used to make one-the-spot tarts & ice cream toppings. Versitility is a wonderful thing.

MAN there is nothing like home make jelly and jams.... My Grandma use to make some of the BEST Raspberry Jam.

Ooh, yeah, that's the best. There are very few worthwhile raspberry jams you can buy.
