You can find a lot of beautiful aspects to fluid dynamics, from high-speed photos of inertial fluid to diffraction on a soap bubble.

But nothing is cooler than playing with water balloons in zero gravity!

You just broke me, I'm having flashbacks of my fluid Mechanics courses now (including the lab I'm taking now).

If you want to see some neat Fluid Dynamics, go up to the Exploratorium, they have this exhibit there that slowly dips various frames into a bubble solution. Take a look at what happens when a cubic frame is dipped in.
