Know how when Q gives Bond a gadget, it's guaranteed to be used exactly once no matter what it is? 007 can be going to the North Pole, but if Q gives him a hat that squirts out a mongoose, you know he's going to be attacked by an evil Eskimo with cobras.|

I want these motherfucking snakes off the motherfucking dogsled!
That opens all kinds of fun possibilities.
Q: Now Bond, we've learned that Spectre has an agent specifically tasked with killing you. She has no other purpose. We don't know how she plans to attack you although we can imagine an effective strategy or two. So we've created this Kevlar prophylactic, and we believe...
007: That's it - I quit!

Dammit, I went to read the reviews, and now I've hurt myself laughing. You'll be hearing from my lawyer, if I can ever get him out of bed.
Yeah, I love the guy's semi-coherent descriptions of these semi-coherent movies. I wish he'd kept doing them.

As long as we're speaking of horribly painful experiences in fighting evil and all, did I ever inflict Samurai Cop on you?
No, you haven't... Though I just recently saw The Guyver, which was horrendously bad fun.
....and that was when we stopped asking the question, "Why is it that Harrison Ford kept making movies, and Mark Hamill didn't?"
But that's not really Q's fault, it's always that way with Bond. In "Licence to Kill" Felix Leiter gave him the gadget that came in handy.
True enough. I've heard it argued that it's a matter of literary expediency -- the unused devices get edited out of this "account" of his adventures. (And, if you've actually tried to read Fleming, I don't know that he was ever editing for brevity.)
But if that's the case, then in the "reality", are we supposed to believe Q gave him like two dozen weapons? On the off chance that three obscure gadgets of the bunch would be useful? 007's greatest advantage must be his luggage and packing skills! :)
You're quoting stuff from Gymkata, you must be bored at work or something for sure.
Speaking of which on a side note, Ive got alot of potential fursuit prop ideas for next FC. *mwahahas* >=3
I recently came across The Gong Show Movie. Haven't yet watched it, but it ought to be good for a giggle.
And I want a hat like that.
