|Video Game Plagiarism

The new game "Limbo of the Lost", a point and click adventure (hey, I'm old school -- I like those), is being called out for plagiarism.|
Possibly the worst, most blatant plagiarism in video game history. They didn't just copy art assets, it looks like they used screencaps from the games. Plus they stole (allegedly) from at least a half dozen games!
Story on The Register
(Check out the side-by-side screenshots in the second and/or third links! OMG.)
This is either tragic, hilarious, or both, depending on your viewpoint.
Or on torrents for nothing. :P
It is made of awesome.
(But other people's awesome, sadly.)
I should clarify. It is awesome that they thought they could get away with it. It does suck that they took advantage of Tri Synergy
I had figured the comment was sarcastic but, you're right, it is a source of awe that the "developers" evidently figured that no one would notice. And it's not like they cribbed from obscure games, either.
It looks like Tri Synergy is a relatively small publisher and they just didn't realize what was going on either. The whole thing is weird all over.
I hope Tri Synergy survives this. It seems like the video game version of all those publish-your-own-book companies.
