Ratatouille: Kiss the Cook

And the results...



Counting out as 8oz jars (about the size of a soft drink can):

7.5 jars of grape jelly
11.5 jars of blueberry jam
5.5 jars of pluot and plum jelly

Though I'm a bit nervous about the grape jelly... It's very loose still. Will let it sit for a full day and see if it gels right.

Now you may think, "Gosh, Nic, that's a lot of jam and jelly!". In which case I'd point out that I have a young boy who seems to subsist on peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Surplus will not be a problem.

Fun fun. I do enjoy getting to do a bit of jam making at the height of summer, capturing a bit of that freshness.

In summary: YUM. :D
