Aimez-vous coq au vin? Mais oui.

Okay, so it's coq au vin rapide... Chicken fricassee without the overnight rest and quite so much reduction. Still has a lot of the wonderful flavor and soul-satisfying quality. Not true coq au vin but close enough that you'll speak in a fake French accent!
