That Time of Year [Feb. 14th, 2005|12:23 pm]
Nicodemus
[Current Mood |tiredtired]

It is, once again, that special time of year.

I know that this is something which has always drawn my family together to marvel at just how many dogs are out there. Bitches abound!

It is, of course, the opening night of the Westminster KC Dog Show. (Though I hear there's also some sort of holiday going on, today, too. Happy Valentine's Day, kit_ping!)

So tonight we gather 'round the TV and root for our favorite breeds. "Go Old English Sheepdog!"

I think that's what gets cleaned out of the bottom of birdcages...
No, wait, it really is a dog breed.

I'm pretty sure you meant, "Go, Labrador Retrievers!" ;)

(Happy Valentine's Day to you, too. :)

You don't have to say "Go, Labrador Retrievers!" As you know it's getting them to stop that's that hard part!

[Brer] Heh. Yup! Us too... Just finished up the working group, now we can stop paying attention through terriers and toys (*snore*) returning to pay half attention to the non-sporting group.

Nice to see the Siberian Husky and the Alaskan Malamute making the first cut at least. :) Can't complain about the Great Pyranees winning though. Beautiful dog.
