My character has evidently been recycled on FurryMUCK. Don't really mind but I wish I'd got some details for posterity. That was really my first entry into "furry society".

Ah foof... Sorry to hear that, Twas there where I first really got to meetcha too! :)
Yeah. I'm sorta sad but, realistically, I don't ever plan to get into MUCKing again. LJ (and cons!) are nice to keep in touch with furs. If I ever get that much free time again, I'd probably get into Second Life or WoW.
And, I should also mention, that it's always fun to have you as a friend. Glad we met. :)

Run! Run while you still can!
Believe me, that's (sadly) a big "if". :>
I figured you'd vote for Star Wars Galaxies (given the icon). :)
That would be if you wanted to play a Wookiee or something. The games have different strong points.
We had player cities in SWG, and I miss the social aspects, but there was a power struggle, and the city we had is fairly ruined, and most of the old timers have moved on (to WoW). It's photorealistic. I get to play something covered in fur all the time. It's got the Star Wars hooks. About 250,000 subscribers approve.
World of Warcraft is a bit more toony. There's no real home. It's got a much better questing system, and really draws you into the story. It's got the Blizzard hooks; if you like the style and the humor, it's there. About 1,500,000 subscribers approve.
i second that!!! WoW is just too awesome not to be played. Heck, I'm going to go buy a new computer just so I can play it!!! (mine is too whimpy)
Yay! Looks like mine was too.
What a time sink that place was.
Awww. That's where I met you to ratty.
Yeah, I s'pose so. Then I think I got your CD before ever actually meeting you, too. (Still like that album.)
Found a lot of good furry friends there. :)
